Creamy Tuna Curry

90g butter
1 chicken stock cube - or chicken stock
2 onions sliced
425g can tuna, drained, flaked
1 small red pepper sliced
1/4 cup cream
1/3 cup plain flour
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cups water
1 tbsp curry powder
3/4 cup milk

Method Melt butter in a large saucepan, add onions and pepper, stir over med heat for three minutes.
Stir flour and curry powder into pan, stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, gradually stir in combined water, milk and stock cube, stir over high heat for 5 mins, or until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10minutes. Stir in tuna, cream and juice, stir over med heat for 2 minutes or until heated through.
