Our Fee Policy
The Centre is a not-for-profit organisation, all monies received from fees are used to pay staff wages, purchase equipment, maintain the premises and cover operating costs.
- Fees are set by the Management Committee every financial year.
- An invoice including all fees and charges will be issued to each family on a weekly basis via e-mail or in the family’s pocket.
- All fees and charges are issued in arrears (i.e. for care already provided), and paid to the centre via Direct Debit.
- Child care subsidy will be automatically deducted from the fees of those families who have chosen to receive it as a weekly fee reduction. Families who have elected to receive child care benefit as a yearly lump sum will not receive a reduction on their weekly invoice.
