Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients
500 grams mince
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 onion
3 teaspoons or 2 cloves of garlic (less if preferred)
oregano to taste
1 can tomatoes 425 grams
1 packet thin spaghetti

Method
Chop onion and fry in a little oil with garlic for 5 mins
Add mince, fry and cook, stirring constantly until well browned.
Add the tomato paste, stir a little into the mince and onion, (it is a good idea to place the paste in at this stage as it takes away the strong tomato flavour that can be overpowering!)
Stir in the oregano and then pour in the tomatoes (if you prefer thinner mix just add a larger can of tomatoes) stir.
Simmer the sauce for approx. 20 mins stirring occasionally, (of course the longer the better)
I add the spaghetti to the sauce but it can be served separately
