Creamy Chicken, Broccoli and Bacon with Fettuccini

500g chicken breasts fillets, cubed
30g butter
1 small onion
2 bacon rashers, chopped
1 clove garlic
250g broccoli, finely chopped
½ cup chicken stock
300ml thickened cream
2 tbsps. grated cheese
Extra cheese

Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water, boil uncovered until cooked, drain and keep warm
Heat butter in a pan, fry up the chicken, onion, bacon and garlic until the chicken is cooked through and the onion is soft.
Add in the broccoli and stock, cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
Stir in the cream and cheese, bring to the boil and simmer uncovered for another 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Toss the sauce through the pasta and sprinkle with the extra cheese.
